MODESTO, Stanislaus County — November 4, 2026. The Modesto Irrigation District’s Division 3 and Division 4 director contests have different early leaders in the November 2026 election.

Preliminary election numbers

In Division 3, incumbent Robert Frobose held approximately 63% against Dominic Giorgi’s 37%. In Division 4, incumbent John Boer held approximately 69% against Brad Johnson’s 31%, according to the November 4 morning local reporting.

Who votes and what is decided?

Division 3 includes parts of northeast Modesto and the Riverbank area, while Division 4 includes Salida and northwest Modesto. The districts serve different voters. Their election percentages should not be combined as a countywide vote or treated as certified outcomes.

Why the report is provisional

These percentages appeared in local reporting updated on November 4, 2026 and do not represent a newly verified November 5 county result. Stanislaus County will review and count additional eligible vote-by-mail, provisional and conditional-registration ballots during its official canvass. Only the Registrar of Voters can certify the outcome.
